Privacy Policy

We collect the information you give us directly — your name, email address, and payment details when you join a membership tier — plus basic usage data (pages visited, device type) to keep the site working properly.

How we use it

Your information is used to create and manage your membership, match you with a pod, process payments through our payment processor, and send you account-related communication (pod scheduling, billing receipts, check-in reminders). We don't sell your data.

Payment data

Card details are handled directly by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.
